In the following article, ProPublica has blatantly lied about the tax rates of the billionaires who are the subject of their reporting:

Do you see the problem there? They're using the "wealth growth" as the measure, not the "total reported income". Federal income tax is NOT based on WEALTH, it's based on INCOME! On paper, these guys are "worth" billions, but their actual income is much smaller. If we were to start taxing wealth, as opposed to income, the value of your home would be taxed EVERY YEAR. These marxist swine "journalists" are lying to the public.

Let's take a look at the real numbers, which they've reported but purposely obfuscated.

Warren Buffet had reported income of $125,000,000.00, meaning $125 million. On that income, he paid $23,700,000.00 in taxes. That's a real tax rate of 18.96%! That's way higher than the 0.10% these marxist swine "journalists" have reported.

Jeff Bozos had reported income of $4,220,000,000, meaning $4220 million, or $4.22 billion. On that income, he paid $973,000,000.00 in taxes. That's a real tax rate of 23.05%! That's way higher than the 0.98% these marxist swine "journalists" have reported. Yes, I call him Bozos, like Bozo the clown. The guy is an arrogant twat, and I absolutely cannot stand him or his "customer obsessed" company.

Michael Bloomberg had reported income of $10,000,000,000 meaning $10,000 million, or $10 billion. On that income, he paid $292,000,000.00 in taxes. That's a real tax rate of 2.92%! That's certainly higher than the 1.30% these marxist swine "journalists" have reported.

Elon Musk had reported income of $1,520,000,000, meaning $1520 million, or $1.52 billion. On that income, he paid $455,000,000 in taxes. That's a real tax rate of 29.93%! That's way higher than the 3.27% these marxist swine "journalists" have reported.

This is why thinking people don't trust the media any longer. Instead of simply reporting the facts, and some historical data to put those facts into perspective, these swine "journalists" just spread lies and hide behind freedom of the press to protect themselves and their "institutions".
